We have over 45 years’ experience with mechanical systems of all types, many brands of controls, and security camera and access control/intrusion detection systems. We have extensive experience with sales/site audits/estimation/proposal generation, application engineering and design, programming and graphics, integration of 3rd party devices, project management, start-up/commissioning, field technical support, and training. We are brand agnostic.
Our Services
Provide site audits for retrofit projects, or take-offs from construction documents to generate bill of materials, and create project specific estimates and proposals.
Provide control systems design and engineered drawings for submittals, installation, and close-out documentation. Drawings are done with Visio and can be generic or site/brand specific to meet your needs.
Provide programming for N4 Pro Builder and/or Workbench, Distech GFX, Schneider Electric EcoStruxure script or block, Andover Plain English, I/A Workplace Tech, and INET Seven, graphics generation for most systems, and 3rd party integration from system discovery or from BACnet PIC statements, LON XML files, or Modbus registers.
Provide project management to attend meetings, generate project specific reports, co-ordinate with higher tiered contractors and provide direction for subcontractors. Provide start-up/commissioning assistance, including providing commissioning pre-functional test documentation.
Provide systems design and engineered installation drawings for cameras and access control/intrusion detection systems, including camera and lense selection and associated bill of materials and installation drawings.
Provide technical support and training for field personnel and/or owners to facilitate troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
